The structured details you enter about your child — name, age, description, conditions, contacts, and responder notes — are held only in temporary server memory while your poster is generated. This structured profile is never written to any database.
Your finished poster and pocket card are documents that reproduce the information you entered. To fulfill print orders and let you re-download your files, a rendered copy of these documents may be stored on our servers temporarily and is permanently deleted within 14 days. If you order a printed poster, that rendered document is also sent to our third-party print provider so they can produce and ship it. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.
The address you enter and its hazard analysis are retained for up to 14 days to operate the service and fulfill your order, then permanently deleted. These records are not anonymized — they include the address you entered — but never include your child's name or profile.
